Final scene from the show Forest of Enchantment in the Chaparral Theater

The Forest of Enchantment

Let yourself be whisked away to the enchanted forest, where lots of wonderful encounters await you.

Please note: the show Forest of Enchantment is no longer being performed.

Step into the heart of nature and join a magical musical adventure deep within the enchanted forest.

The forest buzzed with life as trees, grasses, bushes, and a chorus of animals beckoned you to lose yourself in their enchanting world.

This vibrant forest sprang to life not just outdoors, but also on the Chaparral Theatre stage at Disneyland Paris. The set, inspired by a pop-up picture book, whisked the audience into new chapters with every turn, each one unfolding like a classic Disney musical.

At the beginning, the audience found themselves in the enchanted forest, where animals and plants took them into their world. Then Pocahontas and John Smith suddenly appeared in a clearing and sang ‘Colours of the Wind’. A little later, a new page was turned, and the audience found themselves in the jungle: Baloo and King Louie invited them on a musical journey through The Jungle Book, and hits such as ‘The Bare Necessities’ and ‘I Wanna Be Like You’ were, of course, a must! Those who looked closely could spot Kaa the snake alongside Baloo and King Louie.

Next, Tarzan swung onto the scene, dazzling everyone with breathtaking acrobatics. The powerful anthem ‘Son of Man’ filled the air, adding to the excitement of his daring display.

With another turn of the page, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider stepped into a sunlit clearing, their voices weaving the magic of ‘I See the Light’. The forest pulsed with energy as Merida soon arrived, her archery skills on full display to the soaring notes of ‘Touch the Sky’. As the fiery-haired heroine slipped away, the forest’s creatures and plants gathered for a final, dazzling tableau before the storybook closed and ‘The Forest of Enchantment’ took its final bow.

Audiences were captivated by this Disney musical, bursting with imaginative sets, live vocals, thrilling acrobatics, and beloved characters. The 20-minute spectacle at Chaparral Theatre was truly unforgettable.
