First-aid stations at Disneyland Paris

Naturally, you’ll be expecting your visit to Disneyland Paris to be a wonderful, unforgettable experience. However, if an emergency arises or you need medical assistance, help is available at one of the first-aid centres.

There are first-aid centres in Disney Village and both Disney Parks, staffed by trained personnel who can provide first aid in an emergency.
Whether you have a minor injury and simply need a plaster or have another medical problem, you can seek help there. If you’re at your hotel rather than in the parks or Disney Village, contact reception for assistance.

First Aid Stations at Disneyland

• Disneyland Park: You’ll find the First Aid Centre between the Discovery Arcade exit and Plaza Gardens Restaurant. It is open from 7.00 am until two hours after the park closes.
• Disney Adventure World: You’ll find the First Aid Centre in the entrance area between Studio Services and Studio Photo. It is open from 30 minutes before the park opens.
• Hotel receptions: In an emergency at your hotel, contact reception directly at any time.
