Disneyland Paris is one of the most popular travel destinations in Europe and has excellent transport links. Whether you want to travel by coach, train, car or plane, there are plenty of ways to reach the resort.

Organised coach holidays
If you are considering travelling to Disneyland Paris by coach, there are two main options.
One is to book an organised Disneyland Paris holiday with a UK tour operator. These packages usually include coach travel, hotel accommodation and tickets for the Disney Parks. Some operators also offer shorter breaks or day trips. Depending on the operator, coaches depart from a range of local pick-up points around the UK before crossing the Channel and continuing to Disneyland Paris.

Travelling by scheduled coach
The other option is to use one of the long-distance coach companies operating scheduled services between the UK and continental Europe. Direct coach services are available between London and Paris, giving you complete freedom when choosing your hotel and deciding how long you want to stay. However, these scheduled services do not usually take you directly to Disneyland Paris. Instead, you will generally arrive at a coach station in Paris and continue to the resort by public transport.
Paris Bercy Seine is one of the main arrival points for international coaches. From there, walk to Bercy Métro station and take Métro line 14 to Gare de Lyon. At Gare de Lyon, change to the RER A towards Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy. The RER journey from Gare de Lyon to Disneyland Paris takes less than 40 minutes.
Some coach services use other stops in Paris, so always check the arrival point shown on your ticket before travelling.

For travellers from Ireland, coach travel is less direct and generally involves a ferry crossing as part of the journey. Flying is therefore usually the more straightforward option, but travelling by coach can still be an alternative if you prefer an overland journey.

Day trip by bus to Disneyland Paris

Would you like to take a day trip to Disneyland Paris? Then travelling by coach is certainly one of the options worth considering. Several operators offer day trips from the UK, usually with overnight travel and a ferry crossing. Depending on the operator, you can board at various pick-up points in the UK, travel through the night and arrive at Disneyland Paris around the time the Disney Parks open. The return journey usually begins late in the evening, with exact departure times varying between operators. Make sure you check the schedule before booking, especially if you want to stay for the nighttime show at Disneyland Park.

If a single day sounds a little too short, you can of course turn your visit into a short holiday at Disneyland Paris.

Disneyland Paris is also easy to reach from Paris itself. The Disneyland Paris Express shuttle offers same-day return trips from several central departure points in Paris, making it a convenient option if you are staying in the French capital.
If you would rather not be tied to fixed coach departure times, the RER A is the more flexible option. It runs directly from central Paris to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy, with the station just a short walk from the entrances to the Disney Parks. The journey takes around 35 to 40 minutes from central Paris.
