Here is a step-by-step guide, so you’re sure to capture the magical moment of meeting Elsa and Anna:

Open the Disneyland Paris app.
Ensure your tickets are linked and scanned.
Choose ‘Characters’ then select A Royal Encounter with Elsa and Anna.
Set an alarm a few minutes before booking opens so you don’t miss that chance (usually 9:45 a.m. & 2:00 p.m.).
Wait for your notification.
You will then have approximately one hour to arrive at the castle.
