A Royal Encounter with Elsa and Anna

As A Royal Encounter with Elsa and Anna is one of the most popular experiences in World of Frozen, there is no conventional queue. Access is only available through the Virtual Queue in the Disneyland Paris app.

You reserve a place through the app and then receive a return time for your visit to Arendelle Castle. This means you do not have to wait at the location for long and can spend the time exploring World of Frozen or other areas of Disney Adventure World.

How to join the Virtual Queue:

• Open the Disneyland Paris app.
• Make sure your tickets are linked to your account.
• Select ‘Characters’, then A Royal Encounter with Elsa and Anna.
• Choose an available time slot.
• Wait for the notification in the app and return to Arendelle Castle at the specified time. Once you have been called, you have one hour to arrive for your audience.

Important: This Meet & Greet is not accessible without the Virtual Queue. Places can fill up quickly, so try to reserve yours early if meeting Anna and Elsa is a fixed part of your plans.

• Prepare for your audience: Your time with Anna and Elsa will pass more quickly than you might expect. Think beforehand about whether you would like a particular photo or whether there is something you would like to tell the two sisters or ask them.
• Talk to Anna and Elsa: The best moments often come not from the perfect photo, but from the conversation. You could ask Anna about Kristoff, Sven or perhaps even Hans. The last of these is guaranteed to prompt a lively reaction. With Elsa, you can of course ask about Olaf or how the little snowman is doing.
• Take time to notice the details: The Royal Encounter does not begin only when you reach the Throne Room. Look around as you make your way through the castle, as many details and references are easy to miss at first glance.
• Have your camera and autograph book ready: Souvenir photos are naturally part of the experience. If you collect autographs, the royal audience with Anna and Elsa is one of the nicest occasions to add to your collection.
