What's on the menu?

The Nordic Crowns Tavern offers a menu inspired by Nordic flavours and dishes. You can put together your own meal here – with lots of fresh ingredients if you like.

Your dish consists of four components:

Base: mashed potatoes or quinoa
Protein: for example, grilled salmon or Nordic meatballs
Vegetables: changing seasonal varieties such as carrots or peas
Sauce: cranberry or dill

This yields 16 combinations you can assemble according to your preferences.

For a sweet finish, there are several frosty desserts – including blue sorbet, vanilla ice cream with toppings, a snowflake dessert and Nordic pastries.

Vegan and gluten-free options are also available.

The Nordic Crowns Tavern is a wonderful alternative to classic fast-food offerings and fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the World of Frozen.
