Booking, cancellations and changes

• Can I cancel my Disneyland Paris tickets and get a refund?

  Standard dated Disneyland Paris tickets purchased directly from Disney can be cancelled free of charge up to three days before your visit. You can usually do this through your Disney account under 'My Bookings'. Dated Basic tickets are an exception, as they cannot be cancelled or refunded. Undated tickets can only be cancelled within the 14-day withdrawal period after purchase. If you buy your tickets from another provider, their cancellation policy applies.

• Can I change the date of my Disneyland Paris ticket after booking?

  You cannot change the visit date of a standard dated ticket directly. Instead, you can cancel your ticket within the applicable cancellation period and buy a new one for your preferred date. Current prices and availability will apply. This option is not available for dated Basic tickets. With an undated ticket, you can choose your visit date later, but you must register it in advance, subject to availability.

• What happens if I can't visit Disneyland Paris on my booked date?

  If you can't make your visit, check whether you can still cancel your ticket. Standard dated tickets purchased directly from Disney can be cancelled up to three days before your visit. Once that deadline has passed, you're normally no longer entitled to a refund. Dated Basic tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, while undated tickets can only be cancelled within the 14-day withdrawal period after purchase. Your ticket also won't be automatically extended if you're unable to visit due to illness.

• Can I transfer my Disneyland Paris ticket to someone else?

  Whether you can transfer your ticket to someone else depends on the ticket type and the booking conditions. Tickets that have already been used or are personalised cannot be transferred. Check the terms of your booking before passing on a ticket and, if necessary, contact Disneyland Paris to find out whether a transfer is possible.

• Can I upgrade from a 1-Park ticket to a 2-Parks ticket after buying it?

  If you decide after buying your ticket that you'd like to visit both Disney Parks, the safest option with a standard dated ticket is to cancel it within the applicable cancellation period and buy a new 2-Parks ticket. Current prices and availability will apply. Whether you can upgrade your existing ticket directly depends on its terms and conditions, so check with Disneyland Paris. Upgrades are usually available on site for an additional charge.

Visit dates and park entry

• Do I need to reserve my visit date after buying my ticket?

  You don't need a separate reservation for dated Disneyland Paris tickets, as your visit date is already fixed when you buy them. With undated tickets, however, you must reserve your preferred date in advance through the official Disneyland Paris reservation system. Disneyland Pass holders must also register their visit dates in advance.

• Do multi-day tickets have to be used on consecutive days?

  Yes, standard dated multi-day tickets for two, three or four days must be used on consecutive days. You can't take a day off between visits and then continue using the same ticket. If you want to visit the parks on non-consecutive days, you'll need to buy separate day tickets.

• Can I visit Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World on the same day?

  Yes, but you'll need a ticket that covers both parks. With a 1-day / 2-parks ticket or a standard multi-day ticket, you can switch between Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World. A 1-Park ticket only gives you access to your chosen park.

• Can I leave the Disney Parks and return later?

  Yes, you can leave the Disney Parks and return later on the same day with a valid ticket. You'll need to show your ticket again when you re-enter. This is useful if you want to have something to eat in Disney Village or take a break at your hotel.

• What happens if Disneyland Paris is sold out on my visit date?

  Once a visit date reaches capacity, no more standard dated tickets can be purchased for that day. You also won't be able to make a new reservation for that date with an undated ticket. If you already have a valid dated ticket for the day, however, your entry won't be affected.

• Can I still visit Disneyland Paris if I arrive later in the day?

  Yes, you don't have to arrive when the parks open. You can enter later in the day with your valid ticket, as long as the park you want to visit is still open. However, your ticket remains valid only for the booked date. Arriving later doesn't extend its validity.

Digital tickets, children and annual passes

• Do I need to print my Disneyland Paris ticket, or can I use my smartphone?

  You can usually just show your ticket on your smartphone. The barcode or QR code will be scanned at the park entrance. Alternatively, you can print your ticket. It's best to save it to your phone before your visit so you don't have to rely on an internet connection.

• How can I link my tickets to the Disneyland Paris app?

  Sign in to the official Disneyland Paris app with your Disney account. If you bought your tickets directly from Disneyland Paris through our link while signed in, they should normally already be linked to your account. Otherwise, you can add them in the app by scanning your ticket with your smartphone or entering the relevant booking details. You can then access your linked tickets in the app and use them for various features.

• What should I do if I haven't received my Disneyland Paris tickets or can't find them?

  First, check your email inbox, including your spam folder. If you booked directly through Disney, you can usually find your tickets in your Disney account under 'My Bookings'. If you booked through another provider, contact their customer service team. Have your booking reference ready.

• Do children need their own Disneyland Paris ticket?

  Children under three can visit the Disney Parks free of charge and don't need their own ticket. Discounted children's tickets are available for ages 3 to 11 inclusive. From age 12, the adult price applies. However, dated Basic tickets don't have a separate child rate.

• Are there annual passes for Disneyland Paris?

  Yes, Disneyland Paris offers several annual pass options under the Disneyland Pass scheme. They differ in terms of available visit dates, access to the two Disney Parks and included benefits.
