Delicious ice cream specialities are available here. The ice cream on offer here is delicious, so you should try it at least once on a warm summer's day.
On cooler days, the delicious waffles and crêpes are a real alternative to ice cream.
The design of this ice cream parlour in Disneyland Park is reminiscent of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The wallpaper and the fan are just two of the accessories that help immerse all guests eating ice cream here in a bygone era. Incidentally, the fan is not a replica, but an original imported from the USA.
Also worth seeing are the numerous drawings of the 'Gibson Girl' that adorn the walls of this ice cream parlour. They are by Charles Dana Gibson, an American cartoonist and illustrator who became famous for his depictions of young, independent women, known as the Gibson Girl. The entire restaurant is dedicated to this artist and his drawings, as is evident from the name of the ice cream parlour.
Unfortunately, there are only a few seats in the restaurant, so you have to be a little lucky to get a table here. However, many guests just want to take their ice cream away and enjoy it outside, for example, while waiting for the parade that passes right in front of 'The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour'. Accordingly, the rush just before the parade is particularly high, resulting in longer waiting times.
