Disneyland Paris short trip: tips & information

A short trip of 3-5 days is certainly the most common way to visit Disneyland Paris. This time frame is ideal because it not only allows you to explore the two theme parks with their numerous attractions and shows, but also offers enough time for other activities in the resort. For example, you can take a day trip to Paris, take an exciting tour of the parks (guided tour) or play a round of golf at the Disneyland golf course.
All information about these additional leisure activities can be found on our website in the "Holiday in Disneyland" category. For a short trip to Disneyland, it makes sense to select some restaurants in advance and to make reservations for them at the latest when you arrive at Disneyland Paris - but we recommend to this well in advance.
Here on our site you will find all important information such as an overview of the different restaurants. In this way you avoid long waiting times in front of the restaurant and can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. Take a look at the menu of the restaurants so you can make up the selection to your taste and not end up in a buffet restaurant if you would rather eat a steak.
But the question of where to stay is also extremely important, whereby a Disney hotel can provide a lot of Disney magic and certain hotels offer other leisure activities such as a hotel pool or wellness facilities. It makes most sense to book such a hotel with  a flat rate (i.e. in a complete package with park tickets).

Often there are good offers, deals and discounts for Disneyland Paris especially for visitors who are planning a short trip; Such packages can be booked via this link: Packages for Disneyland
Not to forget are the means of travelling. If you only stay at Disneyland for 3 days, the arrival and departure should take as little time as possible. If you stay a little longer, you can take a more relaxed approach and spend a little more time on the arrival or departure. We recommend arriving by plane for a very short trip - this is usually the quickest way for most visitors from Europe to reach Disneyland.

Planning is half the fun

A short trip, as the name suggests, is a relatively short stay at a certain place. We therefore recommend that you familiarize yourself with the various options and offers at Disneyland Paris before your trip and at least roughly plan your stay.
Which theme park would you like to visit on which day? Which roller coasters and carousels do you really want to ride? Which would you prefer not to? Which shows are at the top of your priority list? Would you like to watch the parade or the fireworks? Or would you like to spend a day outside the amusement parks to visit Paris or another destination?

Before you go on a short trip to Disneyland, think about these points and plan roughly what you want to do and when. Of course, you don't have to follow this plan slavishly on site, but you then have a rough direction that will make things a lot easier for you.
When planning, booking and preparing for the trip, the anticipation for the trip will certainly increase and you will be able to enjoy the vacation even more.
