The theme of Star Wars has been integrated into Disney parks around the world for several years. No wonder, after all, the Walt Disney Company bought Lucasfilm in 2012 and with it all trademark rights to Star Wars. Even if Disneyland Paris (so far) does not offer an dedicated Star Wars area, various attractions, restaurants and shops ensure that Star Wars fans also get what they are looking for. Discoveryland is certainly particularly interesting for these fans, because everything about Star Wars can be found there.
For example, if you visit the Star Tours attraction, you can experience a truly extraordinary flight through the vast expanse of the galaxy. But not only the attraction itself is an experience, but also the queue area designed with great attention to detail.
The roller coaster Hyperspace Mountain offers you even more action as you whiz through the Star Wars saga.
If you are not in the mood for a bumpy journey through space, and you are brave anyway, then you can meet Darth Vader. But be carefull, because the dark side of the Force doesn't like jokes.
Are you hungry after these exciting experiences? Then you can also take a culinary excursion into the Star Wars universe at the Café Hyperion, where delicious Darth Vader burgers and Yoda cupcakes are offered, for example.
The souvenir hunters among the visitors are not forgotten: the Star Traders shop offers everything a collector's heart could wish for, from Star Wars Vinylmation to Jedi robes to Star Wars plush figures. For some time now there also has been a station where you can build your own little toy droid.
The highlight for all Star Wars fans certainly was Legends of the Force season, which took place at Walt Disney Studios Park.
This seasonal highlight, which premiered in January 2017, featured a spectacular evening show that was projected onto the Tower of Terror. At the same time some of the most famous characters from the film saga were active on a stage.
Further program points of the Season of the Force were the First Order March, in which some storm troopers led by Captain Phasma marched through the park, in order to climb on stage for the show Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away.
There were also the Stormtroopers Patrol several times a day, where stormtroopers kept order and were available for photos at the end of their mission.
Over the years the program was changed again and again until the season finally took place for the last time in winter 2020.

Great news for all Star Wars fans, Robert Iger announced on February 27, 2018: Disneyland Paris is getting a Star Wars Land!
You still need a little patience, because the new area, which will be at Walt Disney Studios Park, will open between 2020 and 2025. It remains to be a surprise whether it will be a copy of Star Wars: Galay's Edge or whether Disneyland Paris will get its own variant.
There is still a little time for anticipation!
