As a parent, it’s important to know your child’s limits. What can they manage? What might frighten them? When do they need a break? Tips for parents: Disneyland Paris with small children
Be sure to bring a pushchair if your child still uses one regularly. Although pushchairs are available to hire at Disneyland, they cannot be reclined, so your child won’t be able to lie down.
Allow time for the Pirate Caves, the Treehouse, Aladdin’s Passage, the Dragon’s Cave and other walk-through attractions.
Take breaks and allow plenty of time for them. You’ll be on your feet all day and can easily cover 10 kilometres or more.
Bring drinks and a few snacks for your children. There are plenty of restaurants, but it’s useful to have something to hand that you know your little ones will eat.
If you book a Disney Hotel, give yourself and your family a break around lunchtime. That way, you’ll have enough energy to stay until the evening’s closing show.
Always keep the park map or app handy so you can quickly find the nearest toilet.
Before your visit, get some wristbands you can write on. Add your child’s name and your mobile number. If you lose sight of each other in the crowds, a Cast Member can contact you directly.
Bring a change of clothes for your children in case of any accidents.

Strollers and buggies can be rented at Disneyland Park near the entrance just off Main Street Station at Strollers and Wheelchairs. At Disney Adventure World, this facility is located in the entrance area near the Studio Services. If you cannot find the rental service for strollers and buggies directly, the friendly cast members will be happy to help you and show you the way.
