Located in Town Square, City Hall is the central point of contact for Disneyland Park. Here you can find all the information visitors to the park need. It is, in a sense, the town hall of Disneyland Paris.
Here you can obtain general information about the park, printed maps and information brochures on the location of the individual attractions, find out the exact times of the day's shows, make reservations for restaurants and also look for lost items at the lost property office.
City Hall is also the first point of contact for people with disabilities visiting Disneyland Park. This is where you can obtain the Easy Access Card and the Disabled Priority Card.
The friendly staff, most of whom speak several languages, are happy to assist guests with a wide range of issues.
Coming from the park entrance, City Hall is on the left-hand side and is easily recognisable by its striking clock tower, which is a real gem on Main Street, especially at night.
The thematically very successful design continues from the clock tower down the entire façade of the building and blends seamlessly into the theming of Main Street, U.S.A.
Inside City Hall, you will find an elegant lobby dominated by the reception desk. Should long queues form at the counter, comfortable seating appropriate to the period depicted is available.
However, you can also make better use of the waiting time by looking at the many beautiful pictures on the walls of City Hall, which show photographs of the individual construction phases of the resort from before 1992. In keeping with this, there is a huge map of the original Euro Disneyland on the wall behind the counter, designed to look like a map from the early 20th century.
More interesting pictures can be found in the smaller side rooms of City Hall, which are normally only accessible to visitors on request, for example to discuss complaints about the park or problems that have arisen with a cast member.
