Located conveniently at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., Central Plaza is not just a square, but a central hub that connects visitors to various parts of Disneyland Park. It's home to popular restaurants like Casey's Corner and Plaza Gardens, and it's the gateway to other lands in the park, making it a convenient starting point for your Disneyland adventure.
From here, paths branch off to Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland and Discoveryland.
This square is therefore the central point of contact for every visitor to the park, who usually passes through it several times a day.

Surrounded by vibrant flowers and green spaces, Central Plaza is not just a square, but a lively entertainment hub. It hosts a variety of shows, daily parades, and is one of the best spots to watch the evening fireworks over Sleeping Beauty Castle. With so much to see and do, you'll always find something exciting happening at Central Plaza.

Not to be forgotten is that the various vintage cars of Main Street Vehicles have their stop here at Central Plaza. The horse-drawn streetcar also stops here before heading back towards the park exit.

There are also plenty of places to sit in Central Plaza, so when the weather is good, you can settle down here to rest your feet and watch the hustle and bustle around you. The terraces of Casey's Corner and Victoria's restaurants are also located at the edge of the square. Here you can enjoy a snack or a refreshing drink while letting your gaze wander over the square and the castle.

The 30th anniversary of Disneyland Paris at Central Plaza

On April 12, 2022, Disneyland Paris celebrated its 30th anniversary. The celebrations for this anniversary began in early March and took place mainly around the Central Plaza.
The Gardens of Wonder were installed in the green spaces around the square. This was a kind of sculpture park with mobiles featuring various Disney and Pixar characters. These sculptures, which were beautifully illuminated after dark, could rotate and were a truly spectacular sight. Unfortunately, they were dismantled after the celebrations ended.
But that's not all that Central Plaza had to offer to mark the birthday. It was also the venue for the Dream... and Shine Brighter show, featuring Mickey Mouse and his friends. During this show, the entire square was transformed into a dance floor. It was a truly unforgettable experience and extremely popular with visitors to Disneyland Paris.
And in the evening, not only did the Disney Illuminations fireworks show await you, but also Disney D-Light & Afterglow.
During the celebrations for the 30th birthday of Disneyland Paris, the Central Plaza was really a place you had to keep an eye on. However, even after the celebrations are over, the Central Plaza remains a hub of activity, with ongoing shows and other events. So feel free to drop by again and again!
