F\u00fcr unsere Zwecke m\u00fcssen diese eine glatte Oberfl\u00e4che haben, damit die Dekoration sp\u00e4ter gut zur Geltung kommt. Ich verrate Euch daf\u00fcr mein absolutes Geheimrezept f\u00fcr Muffins, das diese dank ein wenig Sahne so richtig saftig macht.<\/p>\n<h3>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Muffins<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n<li>115g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>50ml Schlagsahne<\/li>\n<li>Saft von 1\/2 Zitrone<\/li>\n<li>115g Mehl<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 TL Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>50g zerlassene Butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bevor Ihr mit der Zubereitung des Teiges anfangt, solltet Ihr alle Zutaten zusammensammeln und am besten schon direkt abwiegen, damit Ihr das nicht erst w\u00e4hrend der Zubereitung tun m\u00fcsst, denn das wird manchmal etwas chaotisch.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"olp\">Eier und Zucker zusammen in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und schaumig schlagen (funktioniert prima mit einem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t, aber auch per Hand mit einem Schneebesen).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"olp\">Sahne dazugeben und das Ganze ca. 1 Minute schlagen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"olp\">Zitronensaft hinzugeben.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"olp\">Mehl und Backpulver vermengen und nach und nach unter R\u00fchren unter die Mischung heben.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"olp\">Zuletzt die zerlassene Butter hinzugeben und nochmals ca. 1 Minute r\u00fchren.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Danach muss der Teig nur noch auf die F\u00f6rmchen verteilt werden (diese dabei nur maximal zu 3\/4 bef\u00fcllen, sonst quillt der Teig beim Backen \u00fcber) und die Muffins wandern f\u00fcr 12-15 Minuten (bei 180 Grad Ober-\/Unterhitze bzw. 165 Grad Umluft) in den Ofen.<\/p>\n<h4>Dekoration gestalten<\/h4>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Muffins im Ofen backen, kann man sich nun in Ruhe der Dekoration widmen. Diese ist an sich nicht schwer zu gestalten (im Prinzip ist es wie der Umgang mit Knete fr\u00fcher im Kindergarten).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4294.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3441\" src=\"\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4294-179x300.jpg\" alt=\"Rollfondant\" width=\"179\" height=\"300\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Dekoration braucht man nur wei\u00dfen Rollfondant und etwas rote Lebensmittelfarbe. Zun\u00e4chst verwenden wir aber nur der schlichten Fondant, um die kleinen Kochm\u00fctzchen zu formen.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4296.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3443 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4296-180x300.jpg\" alt=\"Kerben des Fondant\" width=\"180\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4296-180x300.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4296.jpg 539w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wir bereiten pro Muffin je eine kleine Kugel Fondant vor, die dann etwas platt gedr\u00fcckt und in Form gebracht wird. Es ist hilfreich, wenn man zuerst aus den Kugeln nahezu rechteckige Platten formt und diese dann in die M\u00fctzen-Form zurecht biegt; dabei ist es gar nicht schlimm, wenn die M\u00fctzen nicht alle gleich aussehen, denn das ist bei der Arbeit mit Fondant etwas ganz Normales. Hat man die M\u00fctzen geformt, kann man ihnen das typische Aussehen verleihen, indem man mit einem L\u00f6ffel 4-5 kleine Kerben hineindr\u00fcckt.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4298.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3445 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4298-180x300.jpg\" alt=\"Nasen aus Fondant\" width=\"180\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4298-180x300.jpg 180w, https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4298.jpg 539w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sind alle M\u00fctzen geformt, kann man sich den Ratten-N\u00e4schen widmen. Dazu muss einfach ein bisschen Fondant mit einem winzig kleinen Tropfen roter Lebensmittelfarbe rosa eingef\u00e4rbt werden. F\u00fcr diese Aufgabe zieht man besser Einweghandschuhe an, denn je nach Art der Lebensmittelfarbe kann diese stark auf die Haut abf\u00e4rben.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h2>R\u00e9my erwacht zum Leben<\/h2>\n<p>Zum Schluss muss man Muffins und Dekoration nur noch zusammenbringen. Daf\u00fcr fertigen wir zun\u00e4chst eine blaue Glasur (Royal Icing) als Untergrund an.<\/p>\n<h3>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Glasur<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>etwas Eiwei\u00df<\/li>\n<li>Puderzucker<\/li>\n<li>ein Spritzer Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>blaue Lebensmittelfarbe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Glasur wird ganz einfach zubereitet: Man gibt etwas Eiwei\u00df in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel, schl\u00e4gt es ein wenig auf und gibt dann nach und nach Puderzucker hinzu, bis die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz erreicht ist. Wer m\u00f6chte, kann noch einen Spritzer Zitronensaft hinzuf\u00fcgen oder die Glasur einf\u00e4rben. F\u00fcr unsere Dekoration ben\u00f6tigen wir \u00fcberwiegend blau eingef\u00e4rbte, aber auch ein kleines bisschen normal wei\u00dfe Glasur.<\/p>\n<h4>Die Herstellung der Glasur<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4306.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3449 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4306-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"Glatter Cupcake mit Glasur\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4306-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4306-768x460.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4306.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bei Anmischen der Glasur ist es wichtig, dass diese nicht zu fl\u00fcssig ist. Hat man das Gef\u00fchl, dass dies der Fall sein k\u00f6nnte, kann man durch das Hinzuf\u00fcgen von zus\u00e4tzlichem Puderzucker einfach Abhilfe schaffen.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4314.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3450 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4314-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"Platzierung des Motivs\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4314-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4314-768x460.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4314.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Solange die Glasur noch feucht ist, muss die Dekoration darauf platziert werden. Dazu einfach immer eine M\u00fctze und eine Nase pro Cupcake in die Glasur dr\u00fccken (aber nur ganz leicht) und das Ganze aush\u00e4rten lassen. Da diese Art von Glasur (Royal Icing) besonders schnell aush\u00e4rtet, darf man sich mit dem Anbringen der Deko nicht zu viel Zeit lassen. Sinnvoll ist es, immer nur auf einen Cupcake ein bisschen Glasur zu geben, diese zu verstreichen und die Dekoration dann direkt darauf zu platzieren.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4316.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3451 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4316-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"Barthaare werden mit dem Pinsel angebracht\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4316-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4316-768x460.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.dein-dlrp.de\/disney-parks-magazin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMAG4316.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nun muss man die Glasur aush\u00e4rten lassen, was ungef\u00e4hr 15-20 Minuten dauert. Dann kann man ohne Bedenken die &#8220;Barthaare&#8221; der Ratte anbringen. Diese aus Fondant zu formen w\u00e4re zu m\u00fchselig, weshalb wir hier auf die Glasur (nicht eingef\u00e4rbt) zur\u00fcckgreifen.
